REGISTRATION AND FEE PAYMENTPROCEDURE To register with the confrence, please complete the online registration form, and then proceed to pay the appropriate registration fee by PayPal or Bank Transfer. If you don't register and pay the registration fee, your article will not be in the Conference Program. The deadline for registration is May 15, 2018. The normal fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and a gala dinner. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 30, 2018.
This Gala Dinner will give you a chance to interact with our fellow delegates, partners of conference, guest speakers and other good personalities (which will be a surprise for you). You will also have a taste of the gastronomy of LYON. If much information is disclosed about the Dinner, it'll be a severe injustice with you...
REGISTRATION FEES Full fee (Payment received after April 30, 2018)
(1) Low and Middle Income Countries (World BankClassification) (2) : This price doesn’t include the gala dinner. Moreover, you have to provide a copy of your student card.
The accompanying person fee for Dinner Gala : € 80. This fee is intended for a participant's accompanying partner who wants to attend the conference's gala dinner. Please note that this fee does NOT allow for attendance to the scientific program.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEE After the payment of the registration fee, you will receive an invoice.
